J.C. Watts is a former University of Oklahoma quarterback turned respected Republican congressman turned private businessman. Most of his Company's business doesn't fall in the country or political risk category, but there's a new sideline in advising and providing introductions for direct investors going into emerging Africa. No doubt a lucrative line, given America's current determination to find more oil in anywhere that's not the Middle East.
