Postings to the Forums may include advertising in a format that complies with the rules of the Site. This advertising may include a link to a website and short description of services. This advertising must accompany a substantive posting of country analysis. The posting of an advertisement without substantive analysis is expressly prohibited.

Countryrisk.com reserves the right to edit or remove all postings, even those indicating a user copyright. If the editing is unsatisfactory users may withdraw their postings by notifying Countryrisk.com by clicking Contact. Postings to the Forums reflect the personal opinions of their authors and not the opinions of their companies or organizations or of Countryrisk.com, its analysts or editors. It is not possible for Countryrisk.com to fully and effectively monitor messages to Forums. Countryrisk.com may also change the terms of this Agreement (including those relating to your use of the Content). When terms are changed, Countryrisk.com will notify you by publishing details of those changes on the Site. If you use the Site after Countryrisk.com has published or notified you of the changes, you are agreeing now to be bound by those changes. If you do not agree to be bound by those changes, you should not use the Site any further after they are published.

Neither the information nor any opinion expressed on Countryrisk.com constitutes an offer by Countryrisk.com to buy or sell any investments or provide any investment service. None of the information on this site constitutes a personal recommendation or advice and the needs and circumstances of particular investors have not been considered in preparing the information.

7. Miscellaneous

No Joint Venture. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Countryrisk.com as a result of this Agreement, the Content or the Site. Entire Agreement. Save as expressly agreed to in writing between the parties, any representation, warranty, term or condition not expressly set out in this Agreement shall not apply. Authority. Each party represents and warrants to the other that it has full power and authority to enter into and perform this Agreement, and that the person showing assent to this Agreement on behalf of each party has been properly authorized and empowered to enter into this Agreement. Advertising, Third Party Content and Other Sites. Parts of the Site may contain advertising or other third party content. Advertisers and Countryrisk.com's content providers are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site complies with international and national law. Countryrisk.com will not be responsible for any error, omission or inaccuracy in such material. Assignment of Agreement. This Agreement is personal to you and your rights and obligations under it may not be assigned or otherwise transferred. This agreement may be assigned to a third party by Countryrisk.com. Non-Waiver. No delay or omission on the part of either party in requiring performance by the other party of its obligations will operate as a waiver of any right. Severability/Survival/Statute of Limitations. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, such will not render the entire Agreement unenforceable or invalid but rather the Agreement will be read and construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision(s) are not contained therein. Any cause of action of yours with respect to this Agreement must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in New York, New York, U.S. within one year after the cause of action has arisen, or such cause will be barred, invalid, and void. Headings. Headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal meaning or effect. Governing Law.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and New York State, as if the Agreement were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within New York State, without reference to the choice of law provisions thereof. The parties irrevocably agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts presiding in New York, NY, U.S.A.
